HOW IT WORKS

Select your MLS or Self Service on our Regsister page.

Sign in and select any of your listings to make "active".

You will receive the Sign Rider ID and to put it on your sign:
1. Use the provided clear labels.
2. Open up this word document.
3. Type in your ID number.
4. Print the label on your LASER printer (not inkjet)
5. Put the label on your sign in the ID area.
Our labels are weatherproof, so they won't come off. Once your listing has sold, you may reuse the sign by taking the label off and putting another one on. Cost: $30 per listing for an unlimited amount of time - til the listing sells!
Each sign rider is $6 and can be reused.

We will provide you detailed property activity logs - including the number of inquiries, repeat callers, time of day, day of week and area code of cell phones.
