"Do agents have to enter their listing information and photos?"
Not if we have their MLS. If we don't, the agent can upload their own photos and information using Self Service.
"Can any phone get this message?"
Most camera phones have MMS (picture messaging), but many non-camera phones have it as well.
By 2009, 85% of mobile phones will have a camera.
"If my mobile takes photos can I get the message? "
Yes, but you must have the package to receive photos.
Most providers bundle text and picture packages.
"Can I get the message even if my provider is a small regional carrier?"
Yes, our service works on ALL cell phone carriers.
"Do I need the internet on my phone?"
No, we send a MMS message because more phones can receive a photo than can connect to the internet.
"What is the file size of this message?"
Less than 250k with about 10 photos.
"Who pays for this message?"
The listing agent or real estate office pays for the message which is included in their package.
"How do we get the signs? "
Each sign is $6 and will be sent to you when you activate a listing. The signs are reusable.
"How do we put the ID number on the sign? "
We provide removable weatherproof labels that can be printed on a laser printer - or we can print it and send it to you.
"Will the agent obtain the cell phone number of the caller for future contact? "
We give the caller the option to have the agent contact them and will immediately text the agent with their number.
