"How do we get the signs? "
Each sign is $6 and will be sent to you when you activate a listing. The signs are reusable.

"How do we put the ID number on the sign? "
The ID numbers will already be on the signs we provide you.

"Will the agent obtain the cell phone number of the caller for future contact? "
Yes, the agent will immediately receive a text message the caller's number.
